Urban Elevator began as a family-owned independent elevator company more than 35 years ago, earning its reputation in one of the most demanding vertical-transportation markets in America. As the company grew — with operations spanning Illinois, Northwest Indiana, Tennessee, Wisconsin, Minnesota and Washington, D.C. — one principle never changed: every client works with a dedicated professional.
That principle traveled west. Texas opened in 2016, Arizona and Colorado followed in 2018, and California joined in 2021. Today those four branches operate as Urban Elevator Service West (UESW) — one team, one standard, four states.
